We are a wholly owned Tasmanian family business founded in 2015, specializing  in the treatment and management of respiratory disorders, with a focus on sleep-disordered breathing.

We sell a comprehensive range of sleep and respiratory products in Tasmania through direct offices in Hobart, Devonport and Launceston.

We are a Resmed Authorised Dealer (RAD)

We are committed to advancing innovative technology in sleep and respiratory medicine and commercialising innovative products incorporating these technologies on a global basis. In reaching our goals, we will at all times act ethically in dealing with both customers and employees.

    Nick Balcombe

    Nick started his journey at Health Dynamics 2010 and become the Managing Director in 2015. He has a passion for providing local Tasmanians with the best outcome in their sleep journey. He has completed the introduction to sleep medicine course and the University of Sydney along with various other certificates.  Now his main focus is working with suppliers and doctors to continue to innovate in the sleep space, however you will still catch him in our practices from time to time. Outside of work Nick has a passion for sport and enjoys his weekends with his family.

    Breanna Balcombe

    Breanna began her journey with Health Dynamics in July 2015 when she and her husband, Nick, became proud owners of the business. With over a decade of experience in payroll and human resources, Breanna now serves as Director, focusing on HR strategy and business development. Her leadership plays a key role in shaping the company’s people-first culture and growth. Outside of work, Breanna enjoys quality time with family and friends, serves as Treasurer for the OHA Football Club, and keeps active with regular Pilates classes.

    Sarah Pace

    Statewide Practice Manager

    Sarah Pace practice manager across all of our sites in the state. With over 15 years experience in customer service and over 10 in leadership, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children, is a mad bombers supporter and loves a good glass of sparkling.

    Madi Burgess

    Senior Clinical Consultant

    Madi is our Lead clinical consultant covering all sites in the state. With 10 years of experience in customer service and 4 years in clinical. Madi looks after the day to day clinical enquiries whilst also keeping in touch with representatives to ensure we are up to date with all the newest technology and products to ensure our patients get the best treatment available. Madi has previously completed a certificate in the fundamentals of sleep medicine and is currently studying at university hoping to become a qualified sleep scientist. In her spare time, Madi enjoys spending time with friends, family, her two puppies Gnocci and Jelly bean.

    Imogen Palmer

    Hobart - Senior Clinical Consultant

    Imogen Palmer is the senior clinical consultant for Hobart stepping in when Madi is out of office and also the first point of contact for any questions or queries on a day to day, from both the reception team and the other clinicians. Imogen assist Madi on her daily duties and also helps maintain stock levels within the business. Imogen has been with Health Dynamics for 2+ years and completed many certificates and training programs to help assist with sleep to the best of her ability. In her spare time Imogen enjoying spending time outdoors camping with her partner, friends and her puppies, Milla and Anzac.

    Katrina Norton-Smith

    Senior Clinical Consultant

    Katrina has been with the Health Dynamics team for four years and works as a senior clinical consultant in the Launceston office. She is a vital part of our team in many ways, has a great can do attitude and a great role model for staff. When she's not working you will find her enjoying fine dining, trying new foods and gins with her fiancé, and spending time with their three daughters and little granddaughter. She also loves learning about how to incorporate essential oils into daily life for a holistic approach to encouraging an excellent quality of life with aging

    Amanda Jones

    Senior Clinical Consultant

    Manda has been with Health Dynamics for over 10 years and works as our senior clinical consultant in our Devonport office. Manda is the glue that holds our Devonport office together and is always there to help guide our new employees. Outside of the office she is a mother of 3, Nanna of 3 and spends time camping, travelling, hiking or spending time on her friends cattle farm.
